Behnam Group is an international textile logistics company headquartered in Güngören, Istanbul, Türkiye. This policy explains how we handle information you share with us through this website, by email, by phone or via WhatsApp.

What we collect

Only what you give us: contact details (name, company, email, phone) and project information (products, quantities, routes). We do not run advertising trackers and we do not buy third-party data.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, and run the logistics services you request. Your data is shared with third parties (carriers, customs brokers) only where necessary to execute your shipment.

Retention

Inquiry data is kept while the business relationship is active and as required by Turkish commercial law. You may request deletion of your contact data at any time.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to sadra@behnam-group.com. We reply within 30 days.
