Scope

These terms govern the use of this website and initial inquiries. Individual logistics and sourcing engagements are governed by written per-project agreements and the applicable incoterms.

Quotations

Quotations are prepared with care but remain non-binding until confirmed in a signed agreement. Prices depend on market rates, currency and route conditions at booking time.

Liability

Carriage of goods is subject to the international conventions applicable to the chosen transport mode (CMR, Hague-Visby, Montreal). Website content is provided for information and does not constitute legal or customs advice.

Intellectual property

The Behnam Group name, monogram and website content are the property of Behnam Group and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Place of jurisdiction is Istanbul.
